Shipping

Unless individually labelled otherwise on the product page...we do offer free international shipping on every product. Multiple items within the same order...may be shipped separately and may arrive on different dates...depending on shipping location and manufacturing time. This is to ensure that you receive your purchases in the most efficient way possible and because I also happen use multiple printing and dropshipping partners that have multiple factories. Your order will always ship from the closest one to your destination. Also...please be aware of potential border and duties charges going to canada...from the united states or internationally! We will not be held responsible for these extra charges should they occur. 

Returns

Most of the items on this website are not eligible for returns. This is because the printing partners who manufacture and ship products on my behalf...do not always have return policies themselves. This is not uncommon in the print on demand world because each item has been custom made to order. I am also unable to process returns and exchanges on my end...because I do not currently have a warehouse facility...logistical company to handle these returns or the ability to issue return labels. This being said...I will still make sure that receive a replacement product...should the first one you ordered arrive defective or damaged...or have unreasonable printing errors. I want you to be completely happy with your purchases and will personally do everything in my power to meet or exceed your expectations and correct any unfortunate situations that might arise. There are certain situations where even should your order arrive in perfect condition...a partial refund may be granted. This depends entirely on a case by case basis. Please contact me within 30 days with pictures of the problem...if your purchase arrives broken or damaged in any way. After 30 days I will no longer be able to replace the items in your order free of charge.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer!

The return label should have my local post office box address...so refused or undeliverable items may be eligible for a full return...as long as the item reaches me in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition...is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be ineligible for returns. Additional non-returnable items...include gift cards...e-books and downloadable graphics products.
